WELCOME TO RCS EQUESTRIAN

My life with horses started at age 8 when I went to my first horse camp. This was my first ever introduction to horses and it was so positive that I went back the next summer at age 9. Following that camp my parents signed me up for regular lessons and the rest is history! My riding education started in hunter/jumpers and moved into an eventing style of training after the purchase of my first horse, an American Paint horse. Following my introduction into eventing I quickly fell in love with Dressage and soon focused on that solely as my chosen discipline. By this point I was 12 years old and learning how to develop my aids as a rider. At age 14 I lost my first horse quite tragically which led to my parent's buying my long standing partner off of Craigslist! Best $600 we ever spent if I do say so myself. Now I had an American Morgan as my new partner and our journey has been amazing thus far. During part of this time my family also had an OTTB who I rode off on and on over the 8 years we had him. My current horse is the American Morgan gelding mentioned above. Over our 10 year partnership we've accomplished many things through my training on him, we are currently showing Third Level.
